Throwback Tuesday
This beautiful moment from the 2007 Macau Rally captures three yachts heeling gracefully on their journey back to Hong Kong.
There is something truly special about sitting on the rail, watching the waves roll past beneath you. As the boat settles into her rhythm and the miles slip away, the noise of everyday life fades into the background. Out at sea, time slows down, the mind becomes still, and a sense of peace takes over that is difficult to find anywhere else.
Perhaps that's one of the greatest rewards of offshore sailing. It's not just about the destination or the race—it's about those quiet moments in between, where the only sounds are the wind in the sails and the sea beneath the hull.
What do you love most about the sail back from Macau?

Sailing is a gateway to happiness.
The Solaris Pasta Cooking Cup – April 2026 may have been blessed with more sunshine than wind, but that certainly didn't stop the crew aboard MoHan Sailability from enjoying every moment.
With smiles from ear to ear and hearts sent straight to the camera, they remind us that sailing isn't just about speed or results—it's about friendship, freedom, and the pure joy of being on the water.
"A bad day sailing is still better than the best day ashore." ⛵
At COA, we're proud to support inclusive sailing and organisations like Sailability Hong Kong, proving that the sea has the power to bring happiness to everyone. Our next event the Sailability Charity Seafood Rally, will help rising funds to continue Sailabilities journey of inclusive sailing. Join us on this mission and register for the event now!
A special thank you to Ming Lou for capturing and sharing this beautiful moment with us. ❤️🎥
