Thank you everyone who came to Aberdeen this morning for the third edition of The Chase! 24 teams battled it out vs 7 individual runners over 5km on the hot summer morning. Only 2 individuals managed to outrun the relay teams pitted against them - all the others ‘Got Chased’. We love to see the kids and parents from across the programme come together for some friendly competition - well done everyone!
A huge thank you to George P Photography for the epic 📸 , and Sports Lab for providing all the runners with their signature tasty Zyn electrolytes!

Well done to 26 alumni this weekend at the Asian Games! Great performance from all 4 of the 26, and the rest of the HK athletes! Lucky for us we had Lula there to give us a live stream of the relay race - she’s top of the list for commentators after she retires from racing.

We want to say good luck to four of our 26 Alumni legends who will be competing at the Asian Games! On September 20th and 21st we’ll see these 4 elite athletes battle it out in the individual and relay race! Oscar, Robin, Tallulah, and Cade, made their way through our Youth Development Programme from a young age, and we can’t wait to watch them race one of the biggest races of their lives!
The four of them regularly drop back into sessions to meet and pass down their athletic wisdom to the current 26 athletes. You can now support them by tuning in and watching them over the weekend!

20th Sept - 10:00AM - Individual Women - Cade Wright & Tallulah Wright
21st Sept - 8:30AM - Mixed Relay - Oscar, Robin, Cade, Tallulah

With the addition of the Saturday LTS programme at CIS, we’ve added a pool based swim / run session to get you all ready for the HKTRIA, ISSFHK, and HKSSF aquathlon races!
It’s perfect for those who are pool based swimmers who want to give a new sport a try, or those who are a bit apprehensive of diving straight into the ocean. Check out the website or DM us for more details!

Monster weekend of racing for 26 this weekend just gone! Well done to everyone who raced all over the world!
We had Mini Beast Nicole smashing out her 2nd 70.3 World Champs in Nice, podiums here in HK from Alkira and Derek at the Italian swim day and lifeguard association races, a podium from Harvey at the AVOHK 5km, Sarah repping HK in Cholpon-Ata, and Big Beast Simon snatching our first IM 70.3 World Champs spot for 2027 in Dali!
Looooooooove it - keep up the good work everyone!

CIS masters is back in the mix! Join us in the newly renovated Chinese International School swimming pool to get yourself into tip top shape for all your upcoming races! After a long break we are proudly reintroducing CIS masters back into our programme. 6 lanes let us ‘pool’ athletes of the same level to ensure you can smash out those tough intervals together!

This coming weekend Nicole Chau braves the mediterranean waters, bikes the foot of the Alps, and runs along the Promenade Des Anglais at the Ironman 70.3 World Champs. Nicole came through the 26 Youth Development Programme, still joining our sessions as she continues her university studies here in Hong Kong. She excels in every race, sets a great example to our Youth athletes, and has been a mainstay of both our Youth and now Adult groups for many years. This will be her 2nd Ironman 70.3 World Champs, at what some people call the hardest World Champs course there has been.
I know I speak for everyone at 26 Coaching when I say we all wish her the best of luck, and can’t wait to see her out there on the course!
When it starts to get tough out there just remember - you are Powered By Iron!
