We have a 3,000 square foot space with state-of-the-art equipment and personal trainers to offer you "assisted training" at all times. Meet Coach Connor, our amazing coach with a professional rugby background, as he nurtures the next generation of athletes through our community outreach program!

Today, Coach Connor is working with an eager 11-year-old who is new to rugby, as he gets prepares and trains to level up his game. Through personalized training programs, this youngster will gain invaluable fitness skills, confidence, and discipline – setting him up on the path to success both on and off the field.

From mastering exercise techniques, learning about injury prevention, and building strength and agility, Coach Connor is empowering these youth to be prepared for the current rugby season. Let’s work together to teach these youngsters about building discipline, strength, and teamwork! This fitness journey is all about growth and having fun!

Let’s cheer on our young athlete as he embarks on this exciting fitness adventure and bring fitness back into lifestyle.
