Another physiotherapy session with Camille. I’m getting physio once per week to sort out my beaten up body. Along with breaking down my tight knotted muscles, Camille is also getting me to do stretches and mobility work. As you can see, I have a long way to go! After a 5 month break my boy is back boxing. I’ve been so busy with work that I haven’t been able to get him in. He’s now got regular days and times on my schedule. 🇭🇰

11 years, 2 kids and 3 countries together! is my rock. Sarah is the driving force in this marriage. Always there to support me and I couldn’t have picked a better partner to be the mother of our beautiful children! Here’s to the next 11 years of adventures 🥂 🇭🇰

17 months....17 whole months since I’ve done any type of boxing for myself and boy does it show!! Slow and at this point I was breathing hard! 7 rounds at 2 minutes each with 30 sec rest. This was round 4. Now that I have this bag on my rooftop there is no excuse. Time to get fitter. I need you here! 🇭🇰

Pec is starting to fill back out again. It will never be 100% in terms of aesthetics but as I’m not stepping on stage to compete, I’m not really concerned 🇭🇰

Last but one exercise for legs...stiff legged deadlifts. One of my favorites. Still building back up to the big boy weights after 10 weeks of gym closures. Thanks to for providing such a great gym to train at! 🇭🇰

Boxing with my 8yr old mini me. He’s only done about 6-7 sessions so far. I’m really pleased with how he’s coming along. 🇭🇰

It’s been a good 5-6 weeks since I’ve trained legs. Yes I’ve been doing home workouts but that’s not the same as loading up that bar with heavy weight and squatting! Hopefully the gyms here in Hong Kong will re-open soon! 🇭🇰
