What an unforgettable weekend at Hyrox in Beijing! Our team of 8 from MiU Training Hub competed in 4 races, securing 2nd or 3rd place in each, and we all proudly stood on the podium! 🥈🥉 As an amateur gym, we proved that hard work and teamwork matter, showing that age is not a limit — everyone here is over 40! 💪 So proud of each one of you! Let’s keep pushing our limits!
