回想當年 #科大 Year 1，必修的 HLTH001 體育課我選了 #瑜伽 。當時一個隨心的決定，悄悄播下了一顆種子，經歷時間的發芽與養分，才成就了今天走在瑜伽教學路上的我。

Back in my first year at , I took classes for the compulsory HLTH001 PE requirement. Little did I know, that single decision planted the seed for my yoga teaching journey and shaped who I am today.
