What’s more than seeing student appreciate our effort, kudos to our dedicated teacher team for 15 years in teaching, guiding and choreographing for our talented young dancer and achieve world class results.. Dear parent, thank you for filling up our work space with appreciation, encouragement, positiveness, love and sweetness.. thank you for your gift , more than that how lucky we are to be reminded our teacher hardwork have been appreciated ❤️.. more than winning the prize, its our inspiration to see youngsters overcome hardship and making breakthrough by conquering insecurity in their growing phase. We have encounter minority of parents making accusations for our dedicated coach who are trying to push their kids to succeed.. but many more parents has remained silence in the media/public Space has been enjoying the fruit of success witnessing how their kids grow to be mature and successful with our years of hardwork..counting back, we have been training dancers for 1/6 of a century 😅😇

Dance training: we see this period of time serve as a very important journey for kids to learn how to persevere and never give up. It’s always easy to say than do but this whole project of dancing somehow give our kids a taste of how to strive for high level success..

Alongside in this journey they learnt how to collaborate with others as a team. Also Learnt to take care oneself, their diet, health, safety, being a responsible and committed person.. as a coach , we are really happy their take away for this dancing hobby is not just a skill itself ( whether is dance/ sing / drama/ cooking) but greater than that is to absorb the right attitude in life, mould it in their younger days. Thanks again to let dance@central be the one to do this for the kids, and put your trust in us ❤️❤️🙏🙏 we will do the same , better and better for many more years to come 😇

Our Story

Dance@Central is a brand new dance studio that started its operations on September 1st 2012. Never has a dance studio ever been so centralized like this studio, for it lies in the heart of central; the studio sign is bright and well seen when you walk past entertainment building alongside D'Aguilars Street towards Lan Kwai Fong. You can find our quarters exactly at No.6 Stanley Street, Eurasia Building 3rd Floor, Central, Hong Kong

With a dance room of 900 square feet that easily holds a capacity of 20 to 25 people in each class, its aesthetics and conditioning makes it a welcoming experience. Moreover, the dance studio comes with professional sound systems equipped with a microphone, a projector and mirrors on both sides of the room. In addition, we have two functional toilets decorated with chandeliers and spotlights. Furthermore, the studio is well organized and excellent for learning, dancing, organizing a party, events and workshops.

As Dance@Central is currently up and running its own regular dance classes, it's the excellent place for any Expats who work and live around Central and is looking for a clean, nice, comfortable place to learn dance and to enjoy the quality teaching of the instructor. All classes are taught in English for the convenience of the customer.

Dance@Central offers one of the best dance instructors in Hong Kong. Classes are taught by Jovienne San, a very versatile, popular, experienced, professional dancer and choreographer in Hong Kong. She was awarded by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council and Hong Kong Art Centre for her efforts in producing dance performances in theaters around Hong Kong. Jovienne runs Hip Hop dance classes every Tuesday and Saturday, Contemporary dance classes every Friday, with an addition of Lyrical Jazz and Jazz Funk. But she is able to offer more, she has earned excellent reviews due to her wedding classes and private classes which she can offer by booking her.

Furthermore, for those who fancy partnering work and is crazy about Mediterranean culture, Dance@Central offer Salsa dance classes every Monday, Wednesday and Sunday with additions of Kizomba, Mambo, Bachata and Zouk-Lambada. With Joseph Ennin, the legend in Salsa of Asia, as the key teacher. His teaching style is calm yet informative, guaranteed to provide you wit the best of salsa from his rich experience in its culture. On weekends, Dance@Central offers classes to children, which include Jazz, Ballet and Hip Hip.

Despite anything, if you are looking for a committed, quality studio that offers an established schedule for dancing, come to Dance@Central. For sure, you will not be disappointed. Time is on the studio's side, every class is delivered on time and is scheduled at the best of times. 'Disappointment' a word never used for those who are regulars at this studio. Dance@Central makes sure that you finish a class with a smile.
