精英跆拳道會 Wills Dojang

黑帶九段，並持有世界跆拳道聯盟國際師範、國技院武藝裁判及世界跆拳道聯盟一級國際裁判資歷；同時劉舘長亦出任香港跆拳道協會副會長職務，對跆拳道在中國及本港之推廣及發展貢獻良多。

本會的副總教練葉銘光師範及梁寶添師範同時為國技院黑帶八段、亦擁有國技院海外教練資歷及世界跆拳道聯盟國際裁判資歷，並曾多次擔任國際性比賽之裁判；副總教練葉銘光師範亦持有國技院武藝裁判。而劉舘長及葉銘光師範更曾多次獲邀請為中國全國及廣東省裁判／教練講習班講師；另多位教練考獲國技院之海外教練資歷。

本會歷年來人材輩出，不少黑帶成為香港代表隊成員，而黑帶及學員於本地及海外之賽事中屢獲佳績。

The Ching Ying Taekwondo Union (The Union) is established in 1989 and directly affiliated of the Korea Taekwondo Chung Do Kwan which is established in 1944; and the Union is a member of Hong Kong Taekwondo Association ( membership under Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, CHINA). The Union is now running about 50 centers all over the territory, either solely by renting venues or jointly with the community centres/schools/estate club houses. Also, on the second Thursday of each month, there will be a special session for black belt members, aiming at refinement of techniques, exchange of information and coaching experiences. In addition, the Sparring Team and Poomsae Team have set up to provide all rounded training in order to further improve the members' Sparring and Poomsae techniques. In addition to organizing internal competition and grand rally; the Union also contributes regional and international programs, for example, we invited Taekwondo teams of Zhong Shan city to have friendship competition in 2000, held the 1st Chung Do Kwan International Referee Course cm Asian Pacific Chung Do Kwan Federation Conference and Shatin Festival Intercity Tournament in 2002. The Union encourages members to join various local and international courses in the field of Taekwondo or general sports; thus our members participate actively in the activities of the Hong Kong Taekwondo Association and the Affiliated Club such as Competition, Referee and Coaching courses. The Union’s President and Chief Instructor, Grandmaster Terry KH LAU, is a Kukkiwon 9th DAN Black Belt holder; who obtained the qualification of The World Taekwondo Federation 1st Class Int’l Referee and International Master in 1978 and 1980 respectively and the Kukkiwon Muye International Referee. Throughout the years, he contributed enormously to the development of Taekwondo in China and Hong Kong. The Deputy Chief Instructor, Master MK IP and Master Timmy PT LEUNG, held the Kukkiwon 8th Dan Black Belt and International (Foreign) Tae Kwon Do Instructor Certificate and The World Taekwondo Federation International Referee qualification and severed as referee in various the international competitions. Grandmaster LAU and Master IP were invited by China Taekwondo Association to give lectures in national and Guangdong provincial referee/coaching seminars and courses. Many of our Instructor qualified as International (Foreign) instructor by the Kukkiwon. Some of our black belt became the Hong Kong Taekwondo team’s members. Also, both black and colour belt members achieved good results in both overseas and Hong Kong competitions.
