Our next Yoga for Back Care Course is starting Wednesday March 5!

This is a great course to take if you sit a lot during the day, are suffering from back pain and want some strategies to combat it, or want to improve your posture.

This course is for all levels and abilities, and all are welcome!

We are so excited for Emma’s 4 week course on Strength and Alignment starting next week! In this course, we will practice body reading, and look at how our individual postural alignment affects our yoga practice. We will then dive into which poses and alignment cues best support which postural alignments. This is a great chance to learn more about your own body, and how you can create more balance and freedom of movement with your yoga practice.

You will definitely get the most out of this course if you can attend all 4 classes, but if you can’t attend all 4, we have opened it up so that you can attend the ones you are able to. In each class we will focus on one body part, we will look at postural imbalances for that area of the body, and yoga poses that will support specific structural imbalances.

Week 1: common postural misalignments of the hips, and how to correct
Feb 22

Week 2: common postural misalignment of the shoulders, and how to correct
March 1

Week 3: how the hips and shoulders effect the spine
March 15

Week 4: common postural misalignments of the feet and hands, and how to correct

I know winter birthdays for kids are hard, I’ve got two of them! You’re stuck between hosting a ton of kids in a small space, or shelling out for one of the big entertainment venues.

OR you can try a hula hoop birthday party !

It’s the best of both worlds, loads of space for the kids to run around in, NOT at your house, yet still intimate and enjoyable for all!

It’s been so nice to connect as a community and support each other during this time of change!

This one’s for my mamas who are looking for something for their littles to do on the never ending GDSD half days!!

This is a fun one! Kids will get to make their own hula hoops, and then learn a whole bunch of tricks with them! They will get to take the hula hoops home with them, so they can keep practicing and having fun!
