Sing Yin Athletic Team

本校田徑隊隊長陳銘浩有幸能代表聖言中學與30多名「屈臣氏集團香港學生運動員獎2015-2016」得獎者參與天津運動交流團。其間獲益良多，回憶難忘。

The summer athletics training course will commence on the coming Wednesday, 13/7 from 10am to 12nn at the school track. All participants please wear proper sports wear and arrive punctually.

Having been through tough training for the past years, one of our elite sprinters has just confirmed to have established a Hong Kong Ranking for both 100M and 200M Races. It is also the first time a Sing Yin Athlete is listed in the Ranking.
100M: J10 (11.22s)
200M: J6 (22.93s)

Time files and it's May already. The end of our school year is approaching. High time for us to evaluate what we have done in the past year.
This year is our continued legacy. The overall result is really astonishing! With 10 golds, it has been a fruitful year for our team. Both our Seniors and Juniors have been giving off their best in every race. Together, we have made the year 2015-2016 the best in our history!

~~Silver for B Grade 4X100M R in SCAA All-Hong Kong Inter-School Meet.
~~A Grade & Overall 3rd-Runner-Up in HKSSF D2

~~4X100M R Defending Champions for consecutively 4 years (2013-2016)

2015-2016 Inter-School Athletics Competition has finally come to an end. This year, our athletes have been working harder and harder to strive for their very best. Their tough training pay off in today's FINAL.
Our Boys A Grade 4X100M Relay Team has done amazingly. They claimed 4 consecutive Champions during the past 4 years from 2013 onwards. Can't imagine how they came through numerous pitfalls.
Overall, we ranked No.4 - which was the BEST in our 46 years of history. Our sincere gratitude goes our athletes, coaches, parents and every SING YIN Boys. Proud to be part of the team. Congratulation!!!!!

Play Hard,Train Hard

On 15 October, Our 4 team members of A Grade 4X100M Relay Team joined the Invitational Relay of the Sports Day of St Joseph's Anglo-Chinese School in Wan Chai Sports Ground. The four boys ran their legs brilliantly and hurdled down the track with amazing velocities! Eventually, they won the Champion! Congrats!

Recently, 4 of our teammates travelled to 中山市體育運動學校 for a intensive 5-day training. They were trained under strong sunlight and extreme temperature. Nevertheless, they performed to the best of their abilities.
