【Cease Operations Announcement】
We regret to announce that VO2 Fitness & Martial Arts and Fight Hard Fitness will cease all operations from today, 16 December 2022, and will commence voluntary liquidation procedures.
It has been almost three years since the outbreak of the pandemic, and given the situation, many businesses are deeply affected, and the long-term challenges have affected our fitness centers from operating as usual. As a result, it was a last resort to come to this ending.
Together, our management team and shareholders have been exploring and trying all possibilities to sustain the business, but in the end all efforts have been unsuccessful to turn the outcome around.
Here, we would like to express our heartfelt thank you to everyone who has contributed to the success of VO2 Fitness & Martial Arts and Fight Hard Fitness. We are all saddened that this common journey has now come to an end. We hereby solemnly send our sincerest apologies for the impact and inconvenience caused to all stakeholders.
Dear VO2 Fitness & Martial Arts and Fight Hard Fitness members, we express our heartfelt thank you for your loyalty and support to us all these years. Please send an email to [email protected] for enquiries on remaining memberships/sessions. Regarding the transfer of remaining memberships to another fitness centre arrangements, we shall reply with details when replying to your email.

我們非常遺憾地宣布，VO2 Fitness & Martial Arts 及Fight Hard Fitness 由今天 2022年12月16日起停止所有營運，並於同日起開始自願清盤程序。
由疫情開始至今，將近三年。疫情下百業蕭條，漫長的挑戰使我們的健身中心無法如常運作。結果走到這個結局，實屬不得已。
我們的管理團隊和股東們一直並肩探索並嘗試所有可行途徑以維持業務，惟最終用盡所有努力仍未能成功將結局扭轉。
在此，我們就過往作出貢獻，引領 VO2 Fitness & Martial Arts 及Fight Hard Fitness 邁向成功的每一位表達衷心感謝。這一趟共同旅程如今走到盡處，我們無不黯然神傷。為一眾持份者帶來影響和不便，我們在此鄭重地送上最真誠歉意。

根據衛生處指引，為減低傳播風險的相應措施，確診者曾到訪過的處所需停業7天。VO2 Fitness & Martial Arts (銅鑼灣店) 的暫停開放延期至2022年12月12日，並於12月13日恢復營業。
VO2 Fitness & Martial Arts (堅尼地城店)今天亦接獲通知有確診者曾到訪，故VO2 Fitness & Martial Arts (堅尼地城店) 亦會進行消毒工作而暫停開放至2022年12月15日，並於12月16日恢復營業。
我們會為所有會籍安排免費延期。

According to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, in order to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, the places visited by confirmed cases need to be closed for 7 days. VO2 Fitness & Martial Arts (Causeway Bay) will not be providing services until 12 December 2022, and will resume on 13 December 2022.
VO2 Fitness & Martial Arts (Kennedy Town Centre) was notified today that a confirmed case has visited, therefore VO2 Fitness & Martial Arts (Kennedy Town Centre) will also be disinfected and closed until 15 December 2022, and services will resume normal on 16 December 2022.
We arrange free extensions for all memberships accordingly.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Since several staff and members of VO2 Fitness & Martial Arts (Causeway Bay Centre) have been diagnosed with COVID-19, in order to protect the safety of members and staff, VO2 Fitness & Martial Arts (Causeway Bay) will undergo a thorough disinfection of the centre, and will not be open for the next three days (6-8 December 2022).
