Coach Stefan working with his Green Ball students at KIS 🎾

The focus today: relaxed hands, a free swing and letting the follow through do the work. Two stances, one goal: clean, consistent contact every time ⚡️

• 🔄 Shoulder turn – chin to the contact point
•🦵 Step in – weight transfers forward, not sideways
• 💪 Relaxed arm – loose grip, whippy swing

Coach Dwyene working with Spencer on one of the most fundamental aspects of the game… the grip 🎾

A wrong grip can force an unnatural swing path, limit power and make consistency almost impossible. Here, Coach Dwyene breaks it down step by step. Correct grip first, swing second… and the difference in Spencer’s contact is immediate.

Get the grip right and everything else starts to follow 💪🏽
