Co-leading the Co‑Active Balance course in Singapore with my friend was one of those experiences that reminds me why I love this work.

Over the past few days, we explored what it really means to live and lead in balance—navigating priorities, honoring what matters most, and making conscious choices. The conversations were deep, the insights powerful, and the courage in the room was inspiring.

And honestly… we had a lot of fun too. Laughter, connection, and those moments when something just clicks.

Grateful to share the space with such an amazing group, and especially grateful to co‑lead with Vu - our first after so many years. What a journey.
