為提供更優質的運動體驗，24/7 FITNESS 屯門第五分店 (大興花園) 將於2026年8月25日（星期二）起於雪橇訓練區進行優化工程。

Notice of SLED Training Area Works

To provide an enhanced workout experience, 24/7 FITNESS Tuen Mun Fifth Branch (Tai Hing Gardens) will carry out upgrade works in the SLED training area starting from 25 August 2026 (Tuesday).

25 August 2026 (Tuesday) at 10:00 AM
Estimated Completion:
27 August 2026 (Thursday) at 1:00 PM

Please note that, the completion date and time are subject to construction progress. We will closely monitor the project and provide timely updates via our social media platforms.

【致歉聲明及跟進說明】

24/7 FITNESS 屯門第五分店就 2026 年 8 月 11 日於本店發生之雀鳥不幸事件，向所有會員及公眾致以最誠摯及深切的歉意。

事發當日上午，一隻野生雀鳥誤入本店範圍。清潔承辦商員工在處理過程中，因缺乏正確指引及應變訓練，採取了不當的驅趕方式，導致雀鳥不幸死亡。我們對此深感痛心，亦完全理解公眾的憤怒與失望。我們絕不推卸責任。

事件發生後我們已即時作出以下跟進：

1. 主動通報政府部門
我們已主動向漁農自然護理署通報，且會全面配合署方任何查詢及跟進。

2. 徵詢專業機構意見，制定標準處理流程
我們今早已分別致電香港愛護動物協會（SPCA）及嘉道理農場暨植物園，就野生動物誤入室內的正確處理方法徵詢專業意見，並正據此與清潔承辦商共同制定「野生動物誤入室內的標準處理流程」（SOP）。往後若再遇動物誤入，必須即時封鎖相關區域並通報專業機構到場處理，絕不容許員工自行驅趕。

3. 人員跟進及培訓
該承辦商已暫停涉事員工的職務。我們亦會就此次事件與承辦商進行全面檢討，並成立專責小組跟進，同時為所有前線及承辦商員工（均為本地僱員）提供動物保護意識培訓。

24/7 FITNESS 一直秉持正面及健康的價值觀，此次事件與我們的理念背道而馳。我們坦然接受所有批評，並承諾深刻吸取是次沉痛教訓，確保同類事件不再發生。
