Let’s clear this one up. Ketosis ≠ Ketoacidosis.
Ketosis happens when you lower carbs and your body uses fat for fuel, totally normal and safe for most people.
Ketoacidosis is dangerous, usually only affecting people with type 1 diabetes or those on SGLT2 inhibitors without proper medical supervision.
If you’re healthy and cutting carbs, you’re not at risk.

It’s been a little over a year since we launched Ketogenic Asia, and we thought it would be nice to organize a Keto Open Day for those already on keto, but also for those interested in this lifestyle.

Come and mingle with other keto enthusiasts, share your story, meet our keto coaches, ask questions, around a cup of coffee/tea, while enjoying keto-friendly treats.

We hope to see you all on Monday, 8th November (5-7:30 pm).

We are pleased to introduce our sponsor for this event “I Love Babycakes” bakery by Pallavi Sheth.
Pallavi will share her keto journey and prepare some keto cakes for you to taste.

If you would like to join, RSVP at [email protected]
