Asanas (postures) / pranayama (breath control) / meditation / relaxation Iโve been practicing, studying, and teaching yoga for many years.
Iyengar tradition was the first one to introduce props (blocks, belts, blankets, etc.) and thus finally made yoga available to all of us, regardless of our health issues or age. It was a love at first practice. Although I got certified by the Kripalu School of Yoga (Massachusetts, USA), my classes are primarily based on the Iyengar tradition, but also on the principles and knowledge of other yoga
