don city. Currently we are of age from early 40ies up to
mid-50ies. Well, the hard-core members of “Phoenix”
are former boy-scouts and their long-time friends and
all of us, one after another, are erudite, hedonists,
fans of fine arts, cooking and cheerful singing. We are worshipers of forests, mountains, rivers, l
akes, seas, plants/herbs, animals and good people. We, the “Phoenix” people are personalities full
of virtues and faults, and we are no strangers to
eating profusely, drinking, __ like a
chimney, loudly __, laying on a terrific belch
and __ badly. Such different individuals still
with similar sensitivities. We exist throughout two
centuries and two states. For more than three
decades we meet almost every Friday, walk, climb
mountains, sail and cycling from time to time. Indeed we travel and explore with
passion, and only our imagination can limit us! Uninformed viewer of photos on our web pages will
remain unfortunately deprived for many funny
stories and jokes that occurred on our pleasure trips,
journeys and happenings. Some of these events are
perpetuated in our chronicles/yearbooks. Of course,
those stories certainly are not interesting to those
whom you must explain why someone would climb
a mountain for then going down again. No, the
mountain does not have to be necessarily climbed
and the sea sailed, but we want that and we can do it. And finally, we wish you to enjoy these web pages
witnessing the part of our past, present and future,
