Manman Troll Boulanje

Boulanje Manman Troll started production during the autumn of 2012. The bakery now provides 13 steady jobs.

In addition, approximately 60 female sellers purchase bread from the bakery to resell in the streets. Manman Troll is a women's network started by Haitian/Norwegian Non -Profit "Prosjekt Haiti" in 2007.
