Safe Sport Day is a day to celebrate safeguarding for all, amplify marginalized voices, and show a visible commitment to making sport safe, inclusive and accountable.
Building on the success of our Safe Combat Safe Combat project, we are inviting our member organisations and combat clubs across Europe to get involved in the club certification process.
It’s not only about liking this message.
It’s about reviewing safeguarding practices in your club, taking part in the online course, and making the decision to certify your club as a Safe Combat labeled club.
Every action helps make safer sport more visible. Every club that commits to safeguarding helps create a stronger culture of care, respect and responsibility.
Because sport belongs to everyone.
And everyone deserves to feel safe in it.

Yesterday we received heartbreaking news that a longtime coach Wojciech Kierstein, from Poland, has passed away due to complications following surgery.
Wojciech was one of the founders of Poland’s strong full-contact national team and dedicated many years to coaching and developing the sport.
We will always remember him as a kind, friendly, and warm-hearted person who was always ready, with a smile.
You will be deeply missed, Wojciech.
Rest in peace. 🕊️
