Happiness is a choice...
Dulu saya berpikir orang yang buat quote seperti ini adalah orang yang sangat norak... karena saya juga manusia yang waras yang tentu memilih untuk happy daripada grumpy... kenapa saya berpikir orang itu norak??? Karena waktu itu saya belum tahu caranya untuk memilih happiness rather than sadness. Ngomong nya gampang, prakteknya setengah mati 😁
Saya pribadi menemukan bahwa Qigong adalah latihan yang sangat efektif untuk melatih ketahanan fisik dan juga mental saya, sehingga quote diatas bisa saya bukti kan kebenarannya.
Yukkk sore ini kita latihan bareng at 6pm.
Karena bahagia adalah pilihan kita sendiri 🙂
