It started in September 2006 with a small class of 15-20members, with Sansan as pioner Pilates teacher.

In January 29th 2007 Firmpoint Pilates Studio Bandung started to open their membership to the public, Since then, attendance and membership of Firmpoint Pilates has exploded. STUDIO

* We are also proud to announce that we are the only official Pilates host in Indonesia for the Internationally reknowned Polestar Pilates Education, begining 2011. SERVICE PILATES

We serve PILATES SESSIONS for men and women with various fitness levels and various ages, such as :

* Personal Training : One on one conditioning with Pilates.
* Class: Mat Class and Apparatus Class.
* Reformance : Athletes ( golfers, runners, swimmers, tennis players, horse riders, etc), Dancers, Gymnasts, Musicians.
* Special issues: Spine misalignment, Stroke, Parkinson, MS, post surgery, back and shoulder pain, post natal, pre natal

PHYSIOTHERAPY

Our physiotherapist also serves HANDS-ON or MANUAL PHYSICAL THERAPY sesions for anyone who has a dis order, such as:

* Back and shoulder pain.
* Sport & performance-related injuries.
* Pre & post surgical rehabilitation.
* Shoulder & knee pain.
* Stroke.
* Chronic & acute pain.
* Repetitive- use syndromes. Because of our unique approach to rehabilitation, our Pilates and hand-on/ manual Physiotherapy sesions together will help you to get results quickly, most often in merely a few visits. TEACHER

We have two teachers as PMA Internationally Certified Pilates Teacher, as well as some other teachers who have trained at Polestar Studio/Rehabilitation and/or Firmpoint Pilates in the Comprehensive Teacher Training. Outside their Formal Pilates education, each of the teacher at Firmpoint Pilates has uniqueness, as we emphasis the skill and culture of :

* having a caring heart.
* being capable of conveying biomechanical understanding in simple everyday language.
* displaying both physical and psychological awarness i.e. understan the whole person the outer being (body) and the inner being.
* being open and approachable: "We're here to help you"
* being involved in continuing education. These culture help our clients to improve their fitnes level as well as their inner being. We are working towards that as we belive those two benefits are strongly
