Yoga is a way of life, not a mission to complete or a big deal. Yoga is union - body and mind, with the present moment. So why not make your yoga practice a routine of random yoga poses and somatic movements, throughout the day, every day?
๐ My recommendation for uplifting yoga practice - use good earphones and try yoga flow with psytrance music or other electronic music you like in the background ๐ It can be a powerful and joyful experience that you would want to repeat ๐
What an amazing opening for this weekend! We met for a one-hour yoga session at Public & finished with a shared conversation over a warm drink ๐ฅฐ
Weโve also collected a few bags of clothes for donation! Which will be collected for donation (through Caritas or else!) at the beginning of the week.

๐ When life gives you lemons, what do you do?
A game I invented with my dear husband to take the lemons in those situations we canโt control and see the positive in them,
We play โWhatโs goodโ.
We say into the air (and to each other ;) what we see that is good now. Even if itโs hard to see it. For example - the moon is always there, so I can always be grateful for it.
We can be grateful for each other.
We can be grateful that we are healthy.
And usually when you start playing this game, you very quickly see many other things that are โcloser to earthโ that you can be grateful for โฅ๏ธ
๐ What are you grateful for right now?
Imagine the moment when you realise that what you have done - is working :)
Suddenly a movement that you couldnโt do before is no longer so strenuous or even painful for you.
Or you realise that your mood is generally calmer or more positive, even though you have been through some difficult times or moments...
That precious moment may be just around the corner.
But so often we are so close to the change, the improvement we are striving for - but we give up before our body gets the chance to complete the transformation.
Think about it this way:
Every thought you have can affect your physical health. The body reacts in seconds to protect you or prepare you for what it believes is necessary for your survival.
So if you have experienced an extremely challenging situation, have been seriously injured or feel completely overwhelmed, your body is already in a state of stress.
At the same time, other thoughts can help you to improve your feelings and your bodyโs response.
But the most important thing is to maintain self-care and see the progress *over time*. Because although the survival response is immediate, letting go takes a little more attention.
After some time, with regular mindfulness practice, your brain will learn to react more calmly in the first place and avoid these stress reactions in the future.

I can testify that if the goal wasnโt so important to me, I would have probably dug into my shell a long time ago and avoided dealing with all the technicalities, the website, the calendar, the automation...

Energy storms, time travel and over 36 hours in an aeroplane - now Iโm doing everything I can to feel the ground under my feet again and recharge my body.
If you feel the need to cry today, do it.
Our bodies and hearts are going through an upgrade. This is good, this is blessed.

In less than 36 hours Iโll be flying back to Bali, my second home ๐ฅฐ๐ Iโll be leading my weekly online yoga classes and launching the new production of our clothing brand .clothing ๐คฉ
I LOVE Bali in so many ways! Itโs one of the places in the world that I immediately felt at home when I landed there a few years ago. I live there like a local, in a local neighbourhood, with a local community and food.
I practice my Indonesian and work with small local businesses and wonderful families.
