Controlling Opponent Time. Always taking initiative to dominate the point. Pick up the ball early, focus on great timing instead of power. We stealing our opponent time for recovery, to create a winner or to force them making an error.

Super Drill. Keep the rally going on, only building up shot, put the ball away from opponent but keep the consistency in the same time. It is very good practice to improve stamina and never surrender attitude.
