Kita telah membuka kelas fundamental untuk para pemula yang ingin belajar skill dasar BJJ. Book kelas pertamamu bersama kita!! Dijamin seru!!
Setiap Senin, Rabu, Jumat jam 17:30 ( Sebelum kelas All Levels)
Apa sih beda kelas fundamental dan kelas all level/reguler?
Kelas fundamental ditujukan kepada kamu yang tidak pernah belajar BJJ sama sekali atau pemula. Sebenarnya siapa saja boleh ikut karena kelas ini di desain untuk membentuk konsep, gerakan dasar, dan proper mindset dari bela diri ini.
Kelas ini cenderung lebih pendek dan mempunyai keseimbangan antara latihan fisik & teknik.
Kita sangat merekomendasi kelas ini kepada semua pemula yang ingin mencoba BJJ, sebelum memasuki kelas all level karena kelas ini membuat fisik dan mental anda beradaptasi terlebih dahulu.
