🙏Im so sorry to post handstand everywhere. 🙏
Actually the pose is same but the level of challenge is totally different.
Everyone says don’t take too much risk but for me without the risk life looks so boring.
⚠️ please don’t try 👆such a high risk pose except you are a advanced yogi⚠️
This pose is not made to show off
That is done only to show that how things looks beautiful once go away from your comfort zone.

Yes you are right!!!….
Its been a while, couldnt find time for my self practice. But ofcourse we never miss daily meditation and some important basic stretching along with our teaching rutine.
There are few questions I got from my well wishers, saying that are you still can do it? I just smile and said “A Lion Never Gets Old” 😀
To be honest nothing as such, its just a combination of skill and will 💪🏻🔥
Don’t let your mind to control you, instead you MUST CONTROL your mind 👨🎨

This is the difference between D’Yoga sequences and others.
Yoga sequence plays an important role on your physical and mental health.
If you see the graph which is in your left side, shows that the heart rate of a practitioner who have been practicing yoga with D’YOGA. And the same person took yoga classes in other places and recorded the heart rate, which is in your right side.
What is the reason for such a huge difference between two graphs?
=>Breathings is one of the reason for one’s irregular heart rate.
There are 2 major reasons to get random breathing during the yoga practice.
1. Practitioner join yoga class for the first time.
2. Improper yoga sequence.
What is the connection between Breathing + Heart Rate and Physical, Mental, Spiritual health?
=> Breathing is the connecting bridge between our mind and body.
Calm and steady breathing can give you the peaceful mind. As you unconsciously breathe faster, it will leads to many psychological imbalances.
Breathing decides our physical, mental & spiritual health.
Also breathe rate is directly related to the
