Remember that like training, there is no one size fits all. Our posture is highly dynamic, and is always context dependent and different for each individual.
Karena itu tidak bisa melawan sarcopenia, dynapenia dan osteopenia. Resistance training 2x a week is a must. Sudah bukan lagi opsional tp keharusan..
