In some moment of our Pilates teaching life, there will be a client who come with injury into our class. For example is HNP (low back pain) etc.
Thank You to for teaching me how to handle these specific injured clients in my Pilates session.

The Second Training was about Neurological issues such as :

Systemic lupus erythematosus
