The craziest thing about anxiety? You can spend 3 weeks worrying about something that takes 3 minutes to do.
You suffered more in your head than you did in reality.
The thing you’re avoiding isn’t taking your energy.
Thinking about it is.
Every day you put it off, your mind keeps adding weight to it.
Until it feels bigger than it actually is.
Then one day you do it.
And realise the anticipation was worse than the event itself.
