I almost said no to this gig. 🫣 At the time, doing unpaid gigs energetically wasn’t making sense anymore.

But something told me to say yes. Funny how one decision can change the trajectory of your life. Jokes on I’m very expensive now and we have a life long contract 😈

Honouring every version of yourself isn’t fragmentation,
it’s integration.

I had to jump on the trend, but we don’t actually have two personalities. We’re multi dimensional beings, and it’s fun to honour every aspect of who we are.

Finding myself through dance has been a huge journey and one that ultimately led me inward. While the world is constantly trying to shape us from the outside, movement taught me how to shape myself and my reality from within.

When we drop into the body and get present. We start listening and trusting ourselves. That’s where my intuition really strengthened, not through thinking harder, but through feeling deeper and trusting it.

Through teaching and embodying this practice, I witnessed the alchemy that happens when people feel safe enough to explore and connect with themselves. Seeing that transformation is what inspired me to deepen my spiritual hygiene, to be intentional with my energy, my rituals, and see how far this thing can actually go!

I do this because I’ve seen what’s possible when we lean into our authenticity. I’ve seen the MAGIC and the deeper I go the more the universe opens up to me. And I want that for you 😘

This year has cracked all of us open. I know the Baddies have been FEELING IT! We’ve all been shedding old skins 🐍 snake energy clearing out everything dense and outdated so we can ride into the Year of the Horse (2026) with momentum.

For me, embodiment has been the anchor. Twerking and moving my hips, moving old energy out of my body and creating space for the new me to land.
