Excited to be kicking off weekly yoga and sauna sessions with at
(The Bervie) starting this Saturday 5th July.
Enjoy 1 hour of outdoor Yoga with to develop mindfulness, breath awareness, move the body in all directions with care and attention, cultivating inner harmony.
📍Located at the garden of Bervie Guesthouse, Keel
This is followed by 1 hour of 'The Rust Box' Sauna , heat exposure & cold water immersion in the waters of keel beach for health & vitality.
All this with a beautiful view and a chance to meet like-minded folks.
Why not enjoy Lili Bán drinks and snacks afterwards!

I am hosting an Inversions workshop this Sunday 11th May at the Yoga Root, Westport.
This will be a playful 2 hours of exploring headstand, forearm stand and handstand in a safe & supportive environment. No experience of inversions necessary!
