Achill Outdoor hosted a group of 50 medical students from UL, UCC and U of G this past weekend in a new initiative supported by the Rural Standing committee of the ICGP.
The students had a fantastic weekend of education, team bonding and fun, and got a deeper insight into the beauty of rural life. The fabulous weather was a welcome addition and hopefully Rural General Practice will be high on the list of career choices in the future.
