This Caesar dressing is only 47cals for 15ml. I got it in Aldi and it’s absolutely delicious 🥗

PHOTOSHOOTS - the reality

I worked so hard last year to look a certain way for a photoshoot. It was an investment into myself and my business for a website that didn’t come together as planned.

I did 60 minutes cardio every day and weight trained twice a day for 6 days out of the week. I was averaging on 25,000 steps a day. I was nothing more than the way I looked for months upon months. I didn’t care how fit or strong I was, all that mattered was the aesthetic for the photoshoot.

So I trained hard, dieted even harder and even still when I was finished I didn’t feel any sense of accomplishment or happiness like I thought I would. Instead I ended up struggling with my body image and food for the following 6 months. I have worked extremely hard to repair the relationship I have around allowing myself to have certain foods when I want them and just moving that little bit more if I feel I’ve over indulged.

This pose was painful, I had a severe ankle injury but I went up on tip toes, sucked in, tensed as hard as I couldn’t turned my hips forward as much as I possibly could all the while trying to make my face look relaxed and happy.

Perfect pictures don’t look like this for me.
