We had our final Couch to 5K session today and, despite the rain, a brilliant crowd turned out! 🌧️👏 We even got to enjoy some well-earned tea and coffee afterwards in our new tent! ☕️

After 10 weeks of hard work, our Couch to 5K crew are trained, ready and all set to take on the Seamie Weldon Memorial 5K this Saturday! 🎉

Why not join in, or come along and cheer on our Couch to 5K crew as they cross that finish line? Running a 5K is no easy achievement, and we are incredibly proud of the progress every single one of you has made over the last 10 weeks. 💙💚

We also had a very special prize for Bríd, who has taken part in our Couch to 5K programme and the Seamie Weldon Memorial race for 10 years in a row! 🏆👏 Now that is some commitment! Thank you, Bríd, for coming back year after year — what an achievement. 💙💚
