🏃♀️🏃♂️ Our members were out in force this morning at various parkruns across the country!
👏 Emma and Kate put in fantastic performances at the Carlanstown parkrun, with both finishing among the first women home.
💪 Meanwhile, Joan, Vincent and Brian took on the Newry parkrun and represented the club brilliantly.
Well done to everyone who got out, got moving and flew the flag for the club this morning! 🌟
