Not bad for someone who played in a team that didn't start on passing until its U10 season, working only on touch and dribbling skills up until then. Missing out on boring passing drills doesn't seem to have done him any harm. Well done Liam!

Belated congratulations to Liam Scales on making his senior international debut, and playing so well in both recent games. Liam played for me as a young boy at Arklow Town FC and was kind enough to write the foreword for Move The Ball! You can still get copies at www.bigpicturecoachingireland.com
