The Deck of Cards Workout is a fun and challenging way to introduce randomness into your workout routine.
We assign a bodyweight exercise to each of the four suits and work through the deck, doing the number of reps that corresponds to the card drawn.
The randomized nature keeps the workout mentally engaging and ensures you get a total body challenge.
