TRYKA TRAINING CLUB 🚀 .fit
This programme will run for 6 weeks to give you the best chance to be prepped for TRYKA Summer Race 4 which will be held July 3-5, 2026 in the RDS 🏁
We had about 20/25 members and coaches participate in the last event & it was a great weekend. If it’s of interest to you, you can sign up in the singles, doubles or in a team of 4 for a relay. If anyone doesn’t have a partner or would like to do doubles or in a team of 4, give me a message & I will try to pair you up based on similar fitness levels.
This programme will be led by our coaching team who all have plenty of experience with TRYKA, with specific mention to Mags who last week placed 3rd in her age category last week 👏🏼
Each session will be about 60 minutes in duration & will be tailored to the TRYKA race - SkiERG, Farmers Carry, Thrusters, Sled Push & Pull, Rower, Lunges, Burpee Broad Jumps & Running 🤸🏻♂️
This programme will not run at our usual location and will be held at Rear of Unit 2, Stayabarr House, Kylemore Park North, Kylemore, Dublin 10, D10 HD0. Exact location to be shared when you sign up 📍
