If today feels heavy or slow, that’s not a failure — it’s winter 🧣☔☕

This season invites us to soften the pace, to listen inward, and to take stock rather than rush ahead 🐌🐢
New Year’s intentions don’t come with a January deadline. You don’t need to have it all figured out, perfected, or achieved already.

Pause ⏸️
Breathe 🫁
Rest when you need to 🛏️
Move gently when it feels good🚶🏻‍♀️
Take slow steady steps in the direction you want to go 🧭

Your wellbeing will always matter more than your to-do list 💖
Let your goals unfold in their own time — just like the season does 🌱

The constant strive for perfection can be a real blocker for so many of us (myself included). It’s one of the biggest reasons we don’t start the things that we know in our heart we want to do 🚫

We wait until we feel fitter, less tired, more confident, more organised, the kids are older, work is less hectic, the list goes on ⏱️

Fear of failure gets in the way 😵‍💫

But here’s the truth:

✨ Progress doesn’t come from being perfect. It comes from being WILLING ✨

-Willing to try even when you feel unsure.
-Willing to stretch even when you feel stiff.
-Willing to show up ESPECIALLY when it would be easier not to.

Life isn’t a dress rehearsal, we are living it right now. It’s not too late to make a change or start whatever might bring us a little closer to peace 🕊️🧘‍♀️

There is no such thing as being “good” or “bad” at Pilates. Pilates is for everyone and it is about taking small steps in a positive direction and feeling better in our mind and body 💖

In Pilates, we don’t chase flawless — we chase freedom:

-Freedom from stiffness
-Freedom from fear
-Freedom from the story that says “It’s too late for me”

You don’t need the perfect body, perfect balance, or perfect timing 🙅‍♀️

🦸‍♀️You just need the courage to move — even a little — instead of staying stuck🦸‍♀️

And I’ll be right here to guide you every step (or spine curl) of the way 💜
