🚨🚨 Conriocht MMA Beginners Course 🚨🚨

When: 23rd June to 28th July

Where: K-Fit Dojo Athenry

What Days: Every Thursday (20:00) and Saturday (15:00) for 6 weeks, extra training days available

What do I need: Gumshield, Water and a willingness to learn

What should I expect: An introduction into the fundamental skills of MMA such as Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling, Catch Wrestling, Fence Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and how they gel together to form modern MMA

Who are Conriocht MMA: A burgeoning MMA team from Athenry that accommodates both serious competitive athletes and interested recreational practitioners. Coached by Kevin Moran, a former Professional MMA athlete and coach with over 15 years experience.

How Much: €75, deposit of €50 required to secure spot

When should I sign up: ASAP, our last beginners course filled up in less than 10 days. We limit numbers to ensure a good coach to athlete ratio.

Great Day out in Athlone at the Irish ADCC Championships. 8 Competitors had over 20 matches from Professional to Beginner divisions.
Fantastic displays all round with arguably the best grappling ruleset out there!
Big Thanks to Kieran and his very professional staff on the day

Another hectic, and long, day out in Grapple Industries Dublin yesterday! We travelled with 9 athletes and over the 11 hours (!!) we were there, we competed in over 40 matches with some great performances, clinical submissions and exciting scrambles!
Kudos to all who competed, including our first forays into gi matches and medals 🥋😅

We had 5 fighters compete in the National MMA League in Dublin. Over a dozen fights with great experience gained, and some stellar performances in packed divisions to bring home 2 Gold and 2 Bronze 🥇🥇🥉🥉

Conriocht's OG Natalie Molloy travelled to London to compete in Grappling Industries London event, one of the biggest in Europe. After 3 hard fought matches, Natalie won out her division 🥇

We return to the mats tomorrow, as usual

Some solid performances over a handful of matches and exciting submissions to collect a Gold and Bronze

Another solid victory for Mike Cronnelly last night at Premier Fighting Championships. Methodical performance against a very good opponent from SBG Cork.
