As with most of my fat loss clients, this client is following a non aggressive diet phase- an enjoyable diet phase ☺️
We increased activity, slightly decreased calories week to week, focused on sleep and mindfulness- it’s that simple!
This was over a period including christmas celebrations AND a holiday- remaining focused on the greater goal!
No drastic 6 or 8 week plan
No major restriction
Just providing my clients with education around basic training and nutrition principles and giving them the tools to easily stick to them!
We learned macro counting, progressive overload and perfected form on all exercises!

I have never seen so many posts about “Anxiety around training and nutrition over Christmas” as I have this year 😳
So will keep this short….
If you want to train on Christmas Day and track your turkey and ham then by all means go for it
BUT
For the majority of us this is a time of year when we like to take the foot off the pedal- train less, eat more etccc and you should allow yourself to do so guilt free
I’ve encouraged all clients to enjoy the festive period- take a break from tracking if they want and to not restrict themselves
Because as we know by now restriction nearly always leads to a binge
I personally will be having allll the food and drink (as if I haven’t been doing that since I got here LOL🥴😂)
Sooooo if you’re lucky enough to not be isolating this Christmas then just enjoy it man- in years to come you’ll remember the fun you had over Christmas dinner not the fasted cardio you did that morning
And Like every other fitness professional on insta has said “you didn’t make all your progress in 2 weeks so you won’t lose it in 2 weeks” 😉😉😉😉

Aaaaaaaaaand we’re back 🤩🤩🤩
After a well needed break from training (and pretty much anything fitness related🥴) I’m finally ready to share the results of my photo shoot with the amazing …you guys are going to love them 🥳

Tbh coming out of shoot physique kicked my ass a little- for so long the goal was to “shrink shrink shrink” so when my goals changed I honestly really struggled and went full panic mode leaving me allergic to training, nutrition and even social media!
But after some time away, I’m finally getting the love back for training and with a little bit more body fat than the photo above the focus is very much health focused from now on ❤️❤️❤️❤️

In just 2 months this client has lost significant body fat- in particular a reduction in the tummy/waist and shoulder area!
Every session is met with enthusiasm and a smile which makes my job super easy!
She works so hard for the 45-50 minutes leaving everything she has on the floor and I’m so glad she is getting the results she deserves!
Big few months ahead for this client- so excited for her 🥳
As I mentioned in previous posts patience is essential and if you stick with it you can achieve the desired results like the above client!
Oh and a friendly reminder to TAKE PROGRESS PICS!!! I saw speak about this and she hit the nail on the head!! So many clients “never bother” and then have nothing to compare their hard work to- so if you’re starting or in the middle of your fitness journey make sure you’re tracking your progress with photos!
