Exercise isnβt essential for fat loss, in fact it burns a lot less calories than you think it does. The majority of calories you burn everyday is used by your body to function properly and to stay alive. Exercise though can be a great tool to increase your energy expenditure though, and most find it helpful in the long runβ¦. as long as they find something they enjoy doing of course!
