So in the video I Meant to say it’s 4,500cals 😭

(regardless due the average persons maintenance cals (2000) the food amount is still true to what you would have to eat to gain 1kilo of fat)

In simple terms you’d have to eat 4500 cals twice to put on a kilo & a little extra with that due to the fact your body will burn off a lot of cals trying to digest the food 😮

Remember you haven’t f**ked anything up , you won’t lose weight overnight the same way you won’t gain it all back overnight either ❌
