Week 1 complete β
What a way to kick off our 6th Personal Training Course πͺ
2nd of May was our first day - we covered everything from course expectations, assessments and deadlines to key theory topics like PAR-Q forms, fitness testing, SMART goals and the 7 fundamental movement patterns.
Then it was straight into the gym where students got familiar with the facility and began learning how to coach foundational exercises like squats, deadlifts, bench press, rows and carries using our NAMSET teaching principles.
A lot of information for day one, but everyone showed up ready to learn and absolutely smashed it π
