At Hot Yoga Athlone we offer an individually tailored alignment teaching method. We know each person by name and modify postures to suit your individual needs. You are not just a number. We offer a free consultation to every attendee to the studio to assess what you wish to achieve from attending class and whether you have any issues with injuries or pain.
Now imagine having all that but you are in the stunning facilities of the Palms Spain Retreat in the beautiful Malaga Hills. We teach the classes and workshops, they supply the amazing facilities and mouthwatering food!!
4 idyllic days and nights filled with yoga, walks, treatments, excursions, leisure time in the saltwater pool or the hot tub, eating the most delicious vegan/vegetarian food prepared by our private chef!!
