After a long break I'm back with the amazing character that is noddie Paulina Polcik thank u so much for letting me work on him and taking amazing pics and videos 😁
Can't wait to work on him again later this week!!

Alert!!! Bot flies!! Just found these on my horses please watch ur horses legs they burrow into the skin when hatched And hurt a lot!
They can be easily countered but just picking or scraping them off while they are eggs.

ARE WE OVERWORKING OUR HORSES?

Just because a horse can keep going doesn’t mean they should.

Elite horses are masters of compensation — they’ll push through fatigue, hide discomfort, and keep performing long after their bodies start showing signs of strain.

But as Dr. Kevin Haussler reminds us, this comes at a cost: repetitive microtrauma.

Microtrauma refers to tiny, often invisible tears in muscle, tendon, or bone tissue caused by repeated stress or overuse.

These injuries may not cause immediate lameness, but over time they weaken the structures that keep horses sound, setting the stage for more serious breakdowns.

It’s time to rethink what fit really means, whether our training programmes optimally serve our horses for the work they do and if performance is truly the best indicator of soundness.

Hate to say it but did my last session for my case studies with the sas queen muffin!! So sad as it was so funny to see her little trot beside me and spend some lip up smiles! Tbh I didn't know how she would take the massage but she was so understanding and tolerant of my nonsense 😂 A massive thanks to Sabrina for letting me massage her and write in for my case studies ❤️❤️ Always here to help if muffin needs anything at all!!

Here are the 2 girls I worked on yesterday not my first time with either but starting to understand what I'm doing and enjoying it too so amazing to see 😄 muffin got a remedial massage and Eireann got a pre event massage before lunge to get her back into work 💕
