🏆 CUP CHAMPIONS! 🏆

FULL TIME ⚽️

Shiven Rovers 2–1 Dunmore Town

⚽️ Ashleigh Connor Gleeson x2

On a wet and windy evening in Newbridge, the stage was set for the Premier Division Cup Final!

From the first whistle, there was very little between the two sides. It was Shiven Rovers who broke the deadlock with Ashleigh Connors Glesson keeping her cool to calmly slot home a penalty into the bottom-left corner. ⚽

Full credit to Dunmore, who never gave up and were rewarded with a late second-half goal to bring the game level at 1–1.

However, the Shiven girls quickly kicked back into gear and responded almost instantly, with Ashleigh Connors Glesson grabbing her second goal of the night to restore Shiven’s lead and secure a fantastic 2–1 victory! ⚽️

From number 1 to number 20, these girls are a true testament to hard work, commitment and dedication. They have worked tirelessly throughout the season and thoroughly deserve to be crowned Premier Division Cup Champions!
🏆💙💜

A massive congratulations to every single player, and a huge thank you to the management team for all their hard work and support throughout the season.
