We’re incredibly proud of Daina Moorehouse — Olympian, full-time athlete and 15-time Irish Champion, who represented Ireland at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

Daina’s next challenge is the European Championships in Bulgaria from September 15th, as she continues her journey towards her goal of representing Ireland at LA 2028. 🇮🇪🥊

We’re looking for businesses and sponsors who would like to support Daina with the costs of competing at the highest level, including travel, training, equipment and competition expenses.

In return, sponsors can receive social media exposure, brand promotion and representation throughout Daina’s boxing journey.

CALL FOR NOMINATIONS: European Boxing is establishing an Athletes Commission.

Any International athlete who has represented Ireland at a senior elite European Championship, World Championship, or Olympic Games since January 1st 2017, is eligible to self-nominate for the role.

This is an important position to represent the views of athletes across Europe.

The club will reopen Monday night at 7pm .. new members welcome 1st come 1st served.. membership forms will be giving out on the night and membership will be €30 for year. Subs are €3.50 per night or 10€ for the 3 nights

Team Ireland’s Daina Moorehouse bows out of World Boxing Cup China.

She contested her 51kg Last 16 bout against Paris Olympic champion at the weight, home boxer Wu Yu and the 5-0 result went to the Chinese boxer.

Judges scored the bout 26:30; 26:30; 26:30; 26:30; 25:30, reflecting a second round point deduction for the Team Ireland boxer.
