Messages like this make my eyes water! πŸ₯Ή

Grateful. πŸ’œ
Grateful for this job.
Grateful for the amazing mums (and their minis πŸ‘Ά) I get to meet every week.
Grateful to be part of your postpartum journey: seeing you show up even on the toughest days, making time for yourself, sharing motherhood tips, supporting one another, go for coffee dates and watching your little ones grow week by week. πŸ’œ

Hearing that friendships and 'mum tribes' have come from my classes truly means the world to me.

Of course, getting back to exercise, rebuilding strength, and feeling good again are important things, but creating genuine friendships and a sense of community matters just as much, especially postpartum.

Thanks for letting me be apart of this powerful season of your life!

If you had a baby recently, I would tell you this...

Go outside for a walk. πŸƒ
Forget about the messy house, the laundry, the 'perfect' nap in the cot, your messy hair, and the stained top.

Just leave. Just go outside.
Even if it’s only for 15 minutes. Even if you need to wear a rain jacket and cover the buggy.

The dishes will still be there later. The washing can wait. But fresh air, daylight, movement, and a change of scenery can make the whole day feel lighter. You do not need to have everything under control before you step outside.

A mum reminded me of our Stroller Strolls! So many mornings I left the house in complete chaos, my hair even messier, but 9.30am we were all there: tired, running on little to no sleep, but ready for our walk, catch up and a coffee! β˜•οΈ

That walk was my reset button. Those mums I met there became my village! πŸ’œ

So yes, get outside. And if you’re ever feeling lost or lonely and would like to meet other mums, feel free to send me a message: I’ll always do my best to help you find your people! πŸ’œ

Mum life is busy, but your nutrition doesn’t have to suffer. πŸ’œπŸ’ͺ
This Protein Chia Pudding is one of my favourite quick wins for increasing protein in a healthy balanced diet. Perfect for busy mornings, post workout or as an on-the-go snack cos let's be honest, us mums are always rushing somewhere! πŸ˜…πŸ™Œ

βœ”οΈ High protein
βœ”οΈ Quick to prep
βœ”οΈ Keeps you fuller for longer
βœ”οΈ Healthy grab-and-go option for busy mums

✨️ Chia seeds protein pudding ✨️

Ingredients:
- 200ml milk of choice (I usually use light milk or oat)
- 3tbsp chia seeds
- 1tbsp maple syrup
- 1 scoop of protein powder (I usually use vanilla flavour)

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together, remove any lumps, place in a jar and close with a lid. Let it set in the fridge overnight. Enjoy it cold for a quick snack!

Save this recipe for your next busy day and let me know if you try it out! πŸ’œ

One of the most common questions I get from pregnant clients is: 'What’s safe & what should I avoid during pregnancy?'

Here the good news! In most pregnancies, movement is incredibly beneficial and safe. πŸ™Œ βœ…οΈ

The key is learning how to adapt your workouts to support your body through each trimester.

Remember:
✨ Pregnancy is not the time to chase PBs
✨ Your body is changing daily
✨ Safe movement looks different for everyone.

Always check with your doctor, listen to your body and trust your instincts! πŸ’œ

I'm here to support you along the way. πŸ’ͺ

I'll leave you to the weekend with another of my favourite energy balls recipe! πŸ˜‹

They taste like Ferrero Rocher!

Ingredients:
- 200gr roasted hazelnuts
- 200gr dates soaked into water
- 2 tbsp cacao powder

Method:
Roast the hazelnuts in the oven for about 10 minutes. In the meantime soak the dates into hot/boiling water. Drain the dates and keep 2 tbsp of their water.
Place all ingredients into a food processor (the 2 tbsp of water too) and blend at high speed. Blend until you get a sticky paste. Get a spatula to go around edges to make sure all ingredients are well combined.
Roll the paste into small balls, place them into a container and into the fridge for a few hours or even better overnight.

Enjoy! ☺️

This is another of our favourite picnic/ on the go snacks!

Hit save and let me know if you try them! πŸ’œ
