As we gently flow and Spring into Summer, I am so excited to welcome you back to the mat in the heart of nature, where the flowers are blooming, and everything feels full of new beginnings. β¨πΏ

β¨π Closing Our Yoga Season with Gratitude πβ¨
This week, we closed our last Self-Care Yoga class of the season with gentle stretching, joyful moments, and peaceful relaxation in preparation for all of the Christmas festivities that lie ahead.
I am so grateful to all the yoginis and yogis who have joined me on the mat each week, some new faces, and many who have been with me for countless moons. π Your trust in me to hold space for you on your self-caring journey is a true heartfelt gift. β€οΈπβ¨οΈ
Last night, back at the cosy nature space β€οΈ, we shared the most beautiful evening together, with more wonderful yoginis. π§π»ββοΈπ§πΌββοΈπ§ββοΈ From sacred san culpas (intention settings) to the nurture and blessings of mamma cacao, to deeply restorative postures, feeling held and supported amidst candlelight, fully immersed in soul-fulfilling soundsβ¦ it was truly magical. π

I am, as always, so very grateful to see Self-Care Yoga spaces filling up so fast π₯°π§π»ββοΈπ and back by popular request, we will be stepping back onto our mats in the New Year for Self-Care Yoga & The Chakras π€πππππ§‘β€οΈ
This nurturing term will guide us through each chakra, gently exploring, balancing, and cleansing these energetic centres through the supportive magic of crystals, mindful movement, and sound healing. Together, weβll cultivate grounding, resonance, and a sense of spacious inner harmony.
