Having previously been crowned a Junior Tour Champion, it’s fantastic to see Donnacha continue his progression by making the step up and securing victory on our Elite WAGR Tour. This win also earns him entry onto the prestigious World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR), marking a significant milestone in his golfing journey!

We are delighted to see another former Junior Tour champion progressing through the ranks and achieving more success 🏆

Last years Captain Colm Hanley hosted our annual Past Captains Dinner on Sunday. 23 past Captains attended. Congratulations to Aidan Moloney who won the coveted “14 club plate” for a second time. Thanks to Dinidu and his team Gihan's Restaurant Shannon Golf Club for a fabulous meal and to Peter and Barry for looking after us in the bar and to Billy O Sullivan for kindly sponsoring the prizes.
